Ok first of all Obama didnt remove any troops from anywhere. The troops that left last year were part of an agreement that bush had made with the iraqi government in 2008. Obama continued the drone war in pakistan extended it to yemen and somalia. He sent 100 troops to Uganda, the DRC, central africa and south sudan. by my count, not including iraq and libya, we are currently militarily engaged with 8 countries.
