In a previous article,(Why these are maybe bad things – Retirement planning and investments) I explained what the differences are in Pension plans vs. 401(k) plans. They are simplified explanations of how it all works. As we are individually responsible for our future financially, we will have individual results and solutions dependent upon many factors; age, job security, credit and debit that we hold.
