Perhaps you are not aware of what a 'Paultroll' is. That is someone whose only purpose in life is to lurk about, waiting for Ron Paul supporters to appear so that they may crawl from under their bridge\rock to spew their venomous hatred. Hatred which is only a reflection of their inner self loathing.
Your opinion of me is of no consequence, worth about as much as the green thing's opinion

But, but, but...... the change will come. We just need to wait for his second term, thats when he will deliver unto us all that he campaigned on... isn't that what the O-Bots tell us these days? It will be interesting to hear what their excuses are 4 yrs from now when all these things you list will still be true. I'm sure it will all be the Republican's fault

We're not allowed to say a certain word that starts with "T" and ends in "roll" I guess, but that's what Unimatrix0 is doing. Anytime there's anything about Ron Paul, you can find this person spreading lies and insults and adding nothing to the conversation. If that ain't a certain word that starts with "T" and ends in "roll"...guess you could call it shit-stirring, if that makes you feel better. Some would call it stalking an old man and call you a perv.

Ron Paul will NOT be elected President. End of story...why does anyone keep bringing this up as if it is going to happen? Obama is going to be President for another 4 years. End of story.

It's very apparent that the majority on Ron Paul supporters are weed heads, because they have to be high on something or hallucinating if they think that old racist Ron Paul will ever be president!

I've heard it said that no publicity is bad publicity, but do you really want your candidate to be associated with Kony 2012? I'm just not that sure that an African warlord who enslaves children into his army is the sort of imagery a US presidential candidate would want to project. Just sayin'...

The delegates are supposed to be bound by their consciences. If they vote contrary to the way the public voted during the primaries, they are going to have a very interesting homecoming (read: skinned alive).
One of the issues I keep raising (to which nobody has responded) is how the Paul supporters believe that Paul is going to be an effective President. The election is for the office of President, not for the office of King. The Republican establishment in Congress cannot stand Paul, and the Congressional Democrats like him even less.
So is he going to try and "rule" the country via executive orders? Good luck with that. Or is he just going to veto every piece of legislation that passes out of Congress (he will be even MORE popular then!) You can forget about him trying to get bills of his own through Congress because even if he can find someone who likes him well enough to sponsor the bill(s), it/they will go down in flames in committee.
Getting nominated (which is extraordinarily unlikely) is just the first step. Then he has to beat Obama - possible, I suppose. But then he actually has to govern (completely impossible).

Democrats "LOVE" him on foreign policy and Republicans "LOVE" him on domestic policy. I think he would use his BULLY Pulpit of the Presidency to get compromises that all could live with.

Obama is the wannabe dictator trying to do what he wants with executive orders! Ron Paul would maybe have to use some of those to reverse Obama's, but it ain't gonna be a habit. And I thought I saw where someone DID respond to your question, but here ya go again: Congress is gonna look a LOT different next year, too! It ain't just the president's shit we're tired of, and some recent primaries around the country show this to be true.

The next Congress will be made up of a mix of Republicans and Democrats just like this Congress is. And the freshmen will kowtow to the leadership because the only way to have any real power in Congress is to obtain a chairmanship of one of the key committees. The leadership decides who chairs which committees. There is too much inertia for that to change significantly for at least the next 20 years. I guess the real question is whether you will have the character to admit defeat when none of your predictions come to pass. You don't really think that people have not been making the same predictions for the last 50-60 years, do you?

I think people like Justin Amash are kicking ass and taking names, and people like Dick Lugar are going bye-bye, and I don't care about R/D, and fewer people do everyday. I don't think every corrupt fuck in DC is going home, but a lot are, and I think you'll see a shift in all levels of government round the country in the coming months and years, just like we're seeing now in both primary elections and party conventions. Will you have the character to admit you were wrong when you finally get your brain around the revolution that's happening all around you?

MotherForTruth:
Consider this. If the roughly 50% of the people who don't vote turned up at the polls, that alone would likely completely change the face of our government. The people have the power to make the changes and - as a whole - have nobody but themselves to blame. Corporations spend hundreds of millions of dollars on campaigns? They are spending it on advertising, not actually going out and paying people a thousand dollars each for their votes.
Why do people actually believe those advertisements? Because they are lazy and apathetic (and/or ignorant) and would rather be told what to believe by a 30 second commercial paid for by large corporations than do 30 minutes of their own research to look into the records of the candidates for whom they cast their votes. So are we going to change their minds or attitudes at the point of a gun? Not bloody likely.

No guns! How many times I gotta say it? LOL
All these people going to conventions and doing all this work, and you're worried they won't show up to vote? Haha! That's why we're seeing this revolution, man! People ARE looking past the ads, getting off their asses, and making a difference. That's why the delegate race is so much closer than the lyin AP count all the MSM uses, which is why Romney feels the need to do stuff like put out statements saying he's the guy and send lawyers up to Maine. Even your boy Mittens knows better than to bury his head in the sand like you, but it won't save him.
