The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2012[1] was signed into United States law on December 31, 2011 by President Barack Obama.[2][3]
The Act authorizes $662 billion [4] in funding, among other things "for the defense of the United States and its interests abroad." In a signing statement, President Obama described the Act as addressing national security programs, Department of Defense health care costs, counter-terrorism within the U.S. and abroad, and military modernization.[5][6] The Act also imposes new economic sanctions against Iran (section 1045), commissions reviews of the military capabilities of countries such as Iran, China, and Russia,[7] and refocuses the strategic goals of NATO towards energy security.[8]
The most controversial provisions to receive wide attention are contained in Title X, Subtitle D, entitled "Counter-Terrorism." In particular, sub-sections 1021 and 1022, which deal with detention of persons the government suspects of involvement in terrorism, have generated controversy as to their legal meaning and their potential implications for abuse of Presidential authority. Although the White House[9] and Senate sponsors[10] maintain that the Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF) already grants presidential authority for indefinite detention, the Act states that Congress "affirms" this authority and makes specific provisions as to the exercise of that authority.[11][12] The detention provisions of the Act have received critical attention by, among others, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and some media sources which are concerned about the scope of the President's authority, including contentions that those whom they claim may be held indefinitely could include U.S. citizens arrested on American soil, including arrests by members of the Armed Forces.

What the non-investigative media reports as capitalist free market principles and reforms under the guise of house and senate bills, with innocuous numbers and names, such are the means of social control by which we are further oppressed and defrauded of our national and personal wealth, rights and freedoms, through pay to play deceptive and functionally secret legislation.
This Globalist economic agenda, the so called “ New World Order ” is in reality the OLD WORLD ORDER, re-colonizing America and enslaving our splintered multi-cultural society to, among other horrors; severe usury, new fees, new fines, new taxes, new restrictions, mandatory vaccines, massive surveillance, new criminal laws, engineered poverty, prohibitions on organic farming, forbidding the teaching of time honored and tested truths, universally mandating poisoned processed foods, vaccines and medicines that cause cancer, schools that make you compliant, complacent and keep you misinformed, a centrally controlled propaganda news media that is not free, but scripted, and the confiscation of firearms.
This is not an Orwellian fantasy this is America 2012. Watching double-speak entertainment news television is the fantasy, as is believing in our Corporate owned leaders’ good intentions.
As the good people of this country are grievously oppressed by the aforementioned conspiratorial combinations , they have an undoubted privilege to inquire into the pretensions of both the Federal Government and the Corporate Aristocracies, and equally to reject the usurpations of either, furthermore a duty and constitutional right to formulate insurrection and rebellion to preserve the sovereignty of America.
In the following sheets, the author hath studiously avoided every thing which is personal among ourselves. Compliments as well as censure to individuals make no part thereof. The wise and the worthy need not the triumph of a pamphlet; and those whose sentiments are injudicious or unfriendly, will cease of themselves, unless too much pains is bestowed upon their conversion. However, today in 2012, we must now identify these groups of individuals and their specific agendas for Global hegemony, as in our highly developed society and economy, to ignore
the tyranny, and to fail to hold accountable those treasonous individuals of high rank and office responsible for the sacking and shackling of the worlds’ best hope, would be in itself a dereliction of duty, as citizens who have:… pledged allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
We cannot sit idly by the wayside, in a state of normalcy bias, false trust of the establishment and wait for justice to prevail, nor blindly accept the status quo, for inaction and apathy is tantamount to surrendering our Civilization to totalitarian rule.

FACT: The wealth of America is controlled by 1/10th of 1% of the Global Corporate Aristocracy, the multi-national corporations that do not pay taxes, this includes individuals such as Mitt Romney and Warren Buffet, The Heirs to Wal Mart, Mayor Michael Bloomberg, The Koch Dynasty , Rupert Murdoch, Exxon Mobil, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, General Electric, Boeing, The British, Saudi, and American Royal families, etc.

What any group of hereditary despots fears most is an informed, united and armed populace, who want to maintain their national democratic sovereignty, personal freedoms, and to prosper and share the same wealth of opportunities the few and mighty have inherited. The Elite want to protect their Hegemony , their monopolies, entitlements and political influence. In a world class of their own, they want freedom from inheritance taxes, and low capital gains taxes. They want their power over government legislation to continue to remove regulation from them and instead add regulations and mandates against the people, so they may profit further from the contracts derived from the new laws.
For example Gov. Rick Perry of Texas and the mandatory vaccinations for all school girls. The vaccine manufacturer and Perry stood to make billions in contracts on that one. This is what republicans call free market reforms. They do the corporations bidding for the right price.
The people are the mutual HUMAN GUINEA PIGS of capitalism , and entrenched political corruption. If you want to pass laws and collect fines and fees, then go after the common man, there are more of them and you’ll get paid off by the corporations and elite class. The people you are oppressing, will pay for the cost of government.
We the people therefore must be the ones who are regulated, shackled, restricted, silenced, defeated criminalized, imprisoned, even executed by our corporate government for political crimes, such as what I am writing. Domestic Terrorism is the new War on Drugs, the manufactured, choreographed criminal enterprise, managed by multi-national intelligence and military forces to enrich their own cartels, profit from arms sales, drugs distribution, piracy from other cartels, and backed by American Tax dollars and legislative and media denial. Crime funds build the prison nations like America.
