Just watched a recorded episode of TYT on this story. Here is a link to another incident of "Stand Your Ground" that happened in Yuma Arizona just a week ago where two people lost their lives and the shooter is out free. This incident is the only Stand Your Ground incident, besides the one from the east coast involving a woman and her ex, that there "MAY..." have been cause for force on one of the deceased. Also below is a link to a report showing more people died in Arizona lately from gun violence than car accidents.

These laws have got to go. I spent 25 years in law enforcement. We need gun laws that are the same in all states. But, the National Rifle Assoc. has strong lobbiest in the federal and state level. There are people out there that should not have any kind of firearm. But, because of certain laws in some states. Some nuts can carry. As long as the republican control the House is around, it will never happen!
