      Using the military for civilian policing functions is de facto martial law. Is this the land of the free and home of the brave?

    • Unless you are a terrorist or drug dealer you need not worry. There are cameras on almost every block already, in every store , building, private homes and in businesses world-wide. We are already under survelliance from dusk to dawn. Fear of terrorism will do that . Some is paranoia, but some is justified.

      And some is b/c of people like you who accept it. None is justified... Not for fear, paranoia, or any other reason. Our country was founded on principles that contradict everything going on in govt. now. They are stripping away Constitutional rights w/o any resistance.
      There is a reason why the CIA or other Military Branches were banned from operating domestically. Now Homeland Security circumvents that. What if it becomes a crime to have this discussion, "Questioning our Govt." will that be justified?

      And as for drones... They are just evil. You should see some of the horrible stuff going on will those things in the Middle East. I saw a report saying something like for every drone attack 20 innocent people die as well. All by some person in Virginia playing a video game.....never experiencing the unspeakable devastation they cause.

      And who gets to make the classification call on being a terrorist or a drug dealer.
