Even as the compassionate conservative religiosities of Texas red, the slave-state legacy South and hell even across much of the nation who are running for office are out trying to “out conservative” one another this state’s governor is declaring in a twang that he won’t implement key elements of health reform---the Affordable Healthcare Act. Apparently he doesn’t cotton to no “government interference”, cares not one hoot about the disenfranchised and uninsured and by god, won’t be bullied into doing the right thing---even if it is best for the general population.-
