What's more, you are not supposed to be obsessed with building an earthly fortune; you are to help the poor, AND (now get this) you must love (not hate) your enemies!

That last bit is extraordinary, since there is no specific exception for Obama; or even for socialists, Muslims, homos, fornicators, public employee unions, undocumented workers, negroes, Commies, gypsies, or other undesirables generally. Apparently you are supposed to love 'em all. It's hard to get your head around the whole thing I'll tell ya!

Let's not forget that Grover Norquist's comments at CPAC set a low bar for the president and much greater emphasis on congressional control. They see the president (beginning with Gerald Ford) in the corporate model - the successful public image fronting a decision-making machine. That makes sense given corporate moguls' desires to simply have government do its bidding.
I think their expectations for Romney were always less than 50-50, so there's a lot of focus at the state level. Their problem is that within the GOP the extreme right is effective at the state level. They figured they could overcome that but they've had a real hard time with it. So they find themselves having to support extreme positions and can't contain them to a local level (i.e.; Akin hurts them all across the country.)
The TP (mostly older whites) isn't thrilled with mainstream GOP so they're not backing down. Hence, Akin carries on. GOP can't live with him or without him.

it sure the hell wasn't my family that did it. we worked as share croppers until the weather change ,then as migrant worker cotton pickers ,and shoe factories labor, garment workers .
