A corporate pilot for retailer Abercrombie & Fitch, Michael Stephen Bustin, was fired in December 2009 and, at 55, claims this was done because of his age and not fitting A&F’s trendy and youthful corporate climate. It is clear that A&F is quite the hip and happening company, but details from Bustin’s lawsuit against the company reveals that they are much more than that.
