Tectonic Plates in action - nothing to do with HAARP. Huge - shallow, 7.7 magnitude - lucky it was on the "Queen Charlotte Plate" and not the "Juan de Fuca" Plate - or there would have been *major* tsunami action - eastward and westward. We've had aftershocks all week here on the S.Coast of B.C. "Ready Kit at-the-ready."

Everything has a resonant frequency! Tesla was able to shake an entire building with a very tiny resonance device... and believed (this is absolutely true) that with the right frequency (and power), you could split the earth in half.
HAARP most definitely has the ability to trigger earthquakes. It's a weapon, I guarantee it.

I'm a Tesla fan and understand his resonance theory.
I've followed HAARP since the early days when it was called SDI (Star Wars) and know it's extremely dangerous.
My problem is with the latest trend of blaming global warming on HAARP. There is zero science behind this claim nor any reference by Tesla about this possibility that I know of. - 7 months ago

We have the technology and knowledge to trigger major weather events and "acts of God" ... and moreover... they make the perfect weapons, because there's nobody to blame... in fact... the government can even use those events to further it's agenda or make money. In haiti the goal was to trade aid for a military base (let's just put this military base here, and then we can help you!).
