That Kelley woman who ran to generals for help for her sister, then ran to FBI for email 'threats' ran a shady charity too

This just gets better and better."
WASHINGTON -- Tampa, Fla., socialite and military hostess Jill Kelley, one of the women at the center of the ever-expanding scandal that brought down former CIA Director David Petraeus, founded a questionable charity for cancer patients with her surgeon husband, Scott Kelley.
Based out of the couple's mansion, the Doctor Kelley Cancer Foundation claimed on its tax forms that it "shall be operated exclusively to conduct cancer research and to grant wishes to terminally ill adult cancer patients."
From the records, it appears that the charity fell far short of its mission. While the origins of the seed money used to start the charity in 2007 are unclear, financial records reviewed by The Huffington Post reveal that the group spent all of its money not on research, but on parties, entertainment, travel and attorney fees.
By the end of 2007, the charity had gone bankrupt, having conveniently spent exactly the same amount of money, $157,284, as it started with -- not a dollar more, according to its 990 financial form. Of that, $43,317 was billed as "Meals and Entertainment," $38,610 was assigned to "Travel," another $25,013 was spent on legal fees, and $8,822 went to "Automotive Expenses."

Shalom Mossad? How does Jill (Khawam) Kelley have a "friend" in the FBI who can perform warrant-less email searches and can inform Eric Cantor (most of whose campaign support comes from the Israeli lobby) about the matter? Inquiring minds want to know.
http://www.dailykos.com/story/2012/11/13/1161265/-Jill-Kelley-Khawam-The-Lebanes....
OK, this is getting weird. If Jill Kelley was not in the employ of a foreign intelligence service then the world's spy agencies have collectively suffered a dereliction of duty.
As we know today, General Petraus's successor in Afghanistan is a man named General John Allen who also happens to be in line for promotion to Commander of the United State European Command and Supreme Allied Commander, Europe.
It probably goes without saying that both General Petraus of the CIA and General Allen would be top targets for foreign intelligence operations -- especially by countries in the Middle East. Knowing details of US actions there would be of benefit to many countries; some allies, some nominal allies and some considered to be enemies.
The fact that socialite Jill Kelley's maiden name is Khawam and that she was born in Lebanon to Maronite Christian parents should raise eyebrows a bit. (Note that the Maronite Christians were allies of Israel in the Lebanese Civil War/Lebanon invasion.) The fact that she and her husband were willing to go into debt to throw lavish parties for high level officers who are involved in the Middle East should make even the most resolute anti-CTers among us pause. The further fact that she is identified as an unofficial liason between top American Generals and unspecified Middle Eastern contacts, well...

Mossad? ROFLMVO Hadn't crossed my mind. Aren't they generally low key and better at life decisions? Nah, thinking more Kardashian wannabee/ pretty girl who relied on looks and never developed any worthwhile interests.
Sadly, I think it's power groupie thing + boys will too often be boys going on. Up to and including the hopeful FBI agent who thought he was too sexy for his shirt.
Any real threat would probably be that too many military brass types are more loyal to the MIC industrialists than to the USA. Easy to see some might think they were owed cushy lobbyist jobs for their 'service to the nation'. While I don't begrudge real soldiers getting some good breaks, the brass is mostly politicians in uniforms and they aren't usually the ones taking any real risks in the service.
Still think this whole thing is a convenient cover story for the fact that a lot of bush/cheney era promotees probably need to be weeded out. And I wouldn't put it past some of them to be itching to start some profitable wars.

That's the one argument against it being a Mossad operation---they usually aren't so clumsy--unless---back to basic Delilah (sex-entanglement) type espionage--its old school--but its classic and proven.

She doesn't budget well, evidently. Law suit trouble too. Mansion in foreclosure. Poor baby.
http://www.tampabay.com/news/military/macdill/petraeus-friend-jill-kelley-found-...
"...
Just three months after they posed with David and Holly Petraeus, strands of Gasparilla beads hanging from their necks, the Kelleys were hit with a foreclosure lawsuit.
The suit, brought by Central Bank against the Kelleys and Kelly Land Holdings, centered on a three-story office building at 300 E Madison St. in downtown Tampa. Court records show they owed the bank nearly $2.2 million, including attorney fees.
In 2011, a judge ordered the property to be put up for sale.
In the decade since the Kelleys arrived from Pennsylvania, it proved one of several examples of court cases seeking payment of real estate and credit card debts intermingling with catered parties and A-list guests as the couple sought to establish themselves in Tampa.
