This is probably the first of many as these sanctimonious, Holier-Than-Thou mouth frothers justify not only gun ownership, but The War On God as well.Brian Fischer at one time was the official Bible Thumper of the Idaho Legislature and famous for hating just about everyone and everything he considers "unchristian". He even went to Beijing to convert the heathen devil worshipers ...and promptly put on the first round robin outta Dodge. A hateful, spiteful wee little man.

No God in classrooms? God is everywhere to anyone who is a true practicing Christian. You don't need state sanctioned prayer in classrooms. Anyone can pray anytime they choose to in their heart. Wanting it to be public and boastful goes against Christian teaching of the Bible for the information of those like this charlatan who thinks they know it all about 'God.' I am so sick of these self righteous psedo Christians who do nothing but perpetuate intolerance and hatred for their own personal and political agendas. And to do this now when there are people dead and healing that needs to take place is lower than low.

I am not a religious person, but I hope there's a nice place in hell, for Hickabee and that so-called phony pastor, Brian Fischer.

According to a lot of the sick f#@#$ on the right this was the schools and the victims fault for not believing what they believe. Anything that happens that is positive can be directly attribute to their God and by associations to them.
Anything negative that happens (including so called acts of God like hurricanes) are a direct result of not doing what far right Christians say should be done. If you succeed, it was all Gods doing. If a hurricane comes and takes your home and family away than it's the homosexuals fault. It takes a stunning level of intellectual bankruptcy to believe such childlike drivel.
These children were not killed because of a lack of prayer in the schools. They were killed because someone entered the school with a gun that far right Christians and Republicans made sure he could get his hands on.
What kind of sick bastards believe in and love a God that they also think would allow the killing of children by the dozens simply because they didn't praise it enough.
Sick demented f#@#$ indeed.

Sounds like a good concept to me. There is evil in the world. God gave us free will, free will to follow his path or succumb to evil. We have removed all reference to God, the Ten Commandments, the family structure with good role models, individual responsibility and achievement. We can't peer into this guys head and definitively state what the cause is so we have elected to blame it on guns or some nebulous "mental health issue". Was it no God in the classroom? We don't know and probably won't but I doubt that blaming inanimate objects and vaporous concepts will provide the answer.
Oh, I find your characterization as "Christian Radio Slut" to be offensive and ignorant. - 5 months ago

At this point in time, I have no facts. I speculate that the shooter will turn out to be a drug addict whose mother cut off or threatened to cut off his support.
However back to the topic. I think the pastors are overlooking the lack of school supplies. Every pastor knows that if you don't have enough poisonous snakes for the kids to toss on each other to prove their faith, then God will send demons to devour the children. I strongly believe that the government should immediately, through the office of faith based initiatives, make damn sure that every elementary school in the US is stocked with sufficient poisonous snakes to perform the basic rituals to ward off demons.

It would not surprise me in the slightest if we find out the shooter was raised in a devoutly Christian home.
Have you ever looked into how many serial killers and serial rapists were raised in Christian homes? Go ahead and research it yourselves.

There seems to be indications of a correlation. Many cult like groups whip themselves into a hysteria, and then interpret the world from this self induced oddball perspective. Its got to make their children turn out weird. The kindest thing you can say about people like Brian Fischer is that they are extremely unhelpful and pointless.

By the same token, then, one can blame the CT shooting on no pot in classrooms, on no coal in classrooms, on no unicorns in classrooms, and so on. This man is sick and a deranged opportunist.

Now Huckabuck claims his god is angry and petulant. Since "we" all took his god out of the school, his god allowed those children to be killed ... what a pompous phuckstick.

I'm actually with Think_more_do_more on this... a slut is generally defined as a slovenly or promiscuous woman. I personally think whore fits much better since a whore is someone who sells ones own body for money.

Well if he's going to take that route, then I'm going to blame the CT shooting on Christian Radio hosts who insist that God should be in the classrooms rather than insist that we need to practice reasonable gun control which prevents severely, and violently, mentally ill people from obtaining guns through legal means.

I will NOT settle for prayer , when ACTION is what is really needed . A careful examination of what happened , and why , and steps that will help prevent this is the future . When people need help , praying for them ONLY makes YOU feel better . Do something .
