Is the establishment media trying to steer the victims’s reactions? Watch what happens on CNN's Situation Room.As unexplained factors in the tragic Sandy Hook school shooting continue to surface, independent researchers have pointed to an odd clip where a "Robbie Parker", presented as the father of slain 6-year-old Emilie Parker, asks if he should read off of a card, and is told that he should, during a press conference that took place the day after Friday’s shooting.
The Huffington Post described Parker’s heartfelt statement as “fighting back tears and struggling to catch his breath,” though he can be seen cracking a smile and brief laugh just before approaching the microphone. ...

I think it's wrong to try to judge other people's reactions to personal tragedy. If I am ever in a situation like this I will not be stepping in front of any news cameras and opening myself to be victimized by the American public who are drawn to the tragedy of others like flies to the light. The idea that this most likely perfectly innocent man, after tragically losing his child, is being dragged through the mud by the gun lobby kind of makes me sick. This video tells us much more about the gun lobby than anybody else.

So,he his happy that his daughter is dead so he can collect a few bucks despite being upper middle class.
Nice theory you got there.
It is difficult to judge this father especially when there is no motive. How can any of us imagine how we would behave. How could any of us imagine if we would have sacrificed our lives for school children. There were two other parents on AC360 and they were smiling. I am sure they were giddy over the entire situation.
Trauma is difficult to imagine.

I'm a huge fan of 3D animation, and this little video has some excellent such animation even though its "message" is quite confused. What I don't understand is why you posted it here, as it is totally unrelated to the topic at hand.

i think it got some awards or recognition for its 3D. And yes the message is confusing, i think it is just fun for people who get into symbalism. Eye spy for conspiracy people. The reason why i posted it in short because i like it and want people to see it.
the long answer is, The video in this post really doesnt do anything or present new info for non believers so its only for the conpiracy believers. Like most debates people will just get more intrenched in their original view specially with conspiracy debates, So both video are only for conspiracy guys and not for non believers. - 5 months ago

No media conspiracy here that's for sure. Kind of reminds me of how all of those Aurora shooting survivors were all seen smiling for their photo op. Just a paid ad by the anti-American, CT Anti-2nd Amendment Lobby.

Sounds like bullshit to me, yet the coincidence and timing is very suspect. It does leave a sick 9-11 INSIDE JOB taste in your mouth ?
Well IF there is any conspiracy involved in the killing of these children, only the BUSH DYNASTY, The British Royal Family, USB and Goldman Sachs,MOSSAD and the CIA would be heartless enough to carry it out and , all for the love of money.
Is this part of the PROTOCOLS.? We need the fact checkers.
Obama is a Rethuglican as it turns out, this is true. We have been betrayed on the progressive front.
Deflection from secret agendas being implemented under our noses ??,? Another pretext. for an invasion of Iran or a declaration of Marshall law in the US after TEVA, the largest generic pharmacuetical manufacturer in the world, based in Israel and also the supplier of Biological Weapons to Mossad and the JDF releases a pandemic on12-21-12,to usher in the reign of the 3rd Anti-christ and establish Jerusalem as the seat of World power and Banking... OH C'MON give me a friggin Break, and I am one who believes that everything IS a conspiracy....... THIS IS ALL BULLSHIT, God save our souls, this is an insult and a desecration of the poor murdered children's and teacher's memories....
BUT WAIT maybe the massacre never happened at all ! Maybe these kids are still alive OR they never existed to begin with. Maybe the moon landing in 1969 was just a Hollywood stunt, maybe Elvis and J. Edgar Hoover's brains have been implanted in tea cup poodles, and they have been bred and genetically engineered into congressional aids' pet's that have the power to exert mind control over anyone vaccinated with the poison Asperger's syndrome which Manchurianizes them into Zombie Killers who deliberately manipulate global intrest rates in exchange for rawhide chew toys ?
Possible ? Plausible ? Probable ?.
Let's blame it all on Sheldon Adelson and Carlos Slim Helu for Crissakes ! It's gotta have sumptink to do with Homophobia, Jews in the Too Big to Fail Banking Monopolies and or, Kosher John Birch Beer laced with Aspartame !

Anyone who has lost a child can understand what this gentleman is going through as the press conference begins. "Working himself into a sad face" is not what I see happening here. I see a man trying to hold it together, but not being able to when it is time for the words to actually leave his mouth. Talking about the passing of one's child, *especially* so soon after the loss, is a gut wrenching feeling I would never wish on my worst enemy. I know the feeling. I have experienced it.

JanforGore:
Just want to add as to why I think this is disturbing. Firstly, I know people handle grief in different ways. However, to me you don't smile when your child has just been brutally murdered in the way his daughter was. Maybe I do come from a different world, but I also would not even have stepped out in front of a camera right after my young child being so brutally murdered. I would not even think to dress up or care about a press conference. All I would want to do is hold my baby. I also saw there was already a "foundation" set up with his daughter's name on it to collect money that was shown at this conference which to me was very fast. But yes, I don't know this person so I can't just presume to think he is using her murder for his own purposes, but in this day and age I wouldn't be surprised either. It is a shame that society does make us question. So yes, based on that this is disturbing to me but so is how this media is covering it.

Though I do agree with your overall statement, the smile he cracked might have been the manner in which his body deals with unusual or unexpected stress. Some people can have something horrible happen to them it will appear that their first emotional response is to be happy for a moment because their brain simply does not know how to process it and a smile is what pops up while the brain is compiling such things.
Please not, I'm not claiming that this is what it was. I am claiming that this is a possibility.

Perhaps a nervous smile dealing with the press. I could understand that point. Something about it still disturbs me though. I don't know. Perhaps I am seeing it more from my own perspective of how I would react more. Though again, as we both agreed we don't know him so we can't really presume either way. To add as well, on the whole I think all of the families in this deserve their privacy and the media should just leave them all alone.

I do think Alex Jones is there to make people like you, he is so easy to hate he creates division and hatred rather than everyone getting along and letting people think whatever they want as long as their goal is the same as yours. so the question is do you want to stop corruption greed and murder? then lay off the conspiracy guys cause they are the ones that are holding the govs feet to the fire. - 5 months ago

there are endless crimes commited by governments and it was all conspiracy before it became fact. i.e. gulf of tonkin, nero and the fire of Rome, remember the Maine, the sinking of the lusitania, the reichstag fire, the gleiwitz incident, operation northwoods, weapons of mass destruction, Audit of the FED, operation gladio, so on and so on. SO are all those things that are now part of history and something we should learn about or is it just people trying to make money?

For someone who pretends to be so smart here you really are clueless at times. And questioning the reaction because I am a parent and also someone heartbroken by this is absolutely valid. Do you have children? If not, then back off. Sick of the bloviated self importance you exhibit here because you think you are above all of us. You are one of nastiest posters on this site. I agree with you -- having lost my first child 2 days after his birth, the LAST thing I wanted was to talk to anyone, let alone get up in front of a camera where millions of people could see me fall apart. I agree that this whole thing is quite strange, but I also am very sad for the parents of these children. I don't think there is anything harder to deal with than the loss of a child.
