My wife is psychotic due to illegal drugs. She was born and raised on meth by a drug dealing and lab running politicaly established family. Some times she takes prescription antidepressants. Currently she has been geting prozac and its generics. I would not trust her with a gun, a knife or a car. She has a history of violence and self delusion. She is like a person drowning. Clutching and pulling down all people around her . Very quick to anger over anything said. Often takeing offense where there was no offense. Condeming and vitriolic. Desperate and dependant. Oblivious. Her twin sister the same. Her other siblings nearly the same or worse. Or dead already from the struggle of such hellish liveing. I have seen close up that the prescription drugs are dangerous, often meant to be roughly equivilent substitutes. Hardly antidotal. Hardly a cure. She is verbally suicidal whenever pressed even gently to reduce her meth use. Her twin hung herself. Was found unconcious and cut down by a friend. She woke up in the hospital with rope burns. I donot know which drugs she was on at that time. The prescription drugs seem to be as dangerous and destructive as the illegal drugs. And the legal industry seems driven, in the end results, by the same greed that drives the illegal side of the business. If we could just eat healthy food and keep that crap away from us. There is so much money in it that it getts forced on us. Especially on the children. Breaks my heart.
