Agree! So very true! I'm for some very limited humanitarian responses (in particular circumstances), but they need to be together with the world community, when there is a mandate, and when the rest of the world is on-board and at the very least footing some of the bill. We can't keep our roads, bridges, electric-grid, etc, etc in one-piece let alone be playing un-paid cop to the world! It's insane!
