When you sit on a jury you have the right to vote your conscience. You have the right to judge the facts of the case, the law itself and if the law is being misapplied. Never listen to what the judge tells you, he will lie to you, the judge wants you to check your conscience at the courthouse door. Remember if there is NO VICTIM in the case that you are the juror on, there is NO CRIME! Vote NOT GUILTY! You do NOT have to agree with the others that are on the jury with you. If the others say guilty and you say NOT GUILTY, stand your ground, you do NOT have to give the other jurors a reason why you are saying NOT guilty. If you say NOT GUILTY and the others say guilty, THAT IS A HUNG JURY! You have just set a person free, unless the prosecutor wants to retry the case.
