Coming round once a year the BBC's Children in Need is a great opportunity to highlight some of the problems that underprivileged children still face in the UK. Last night saw a star studded show with appearances from The Spice Girls/Ladies, The cast of Eastenders, Children in Need legend Terry Wogan as well as a host of celebrities supporting the cause. With donations already over £19 million donated! Keep it goin..its a worthwhile cause...

A huge amount of money indeed but who can put a price on Children in Need? This is just one example of how successful Children in Need has become in it's annual plight to help underprivileged children...long may the fund raising continue

is a charity that addresses the needs of our children, right here in the UK. While i'm all for charities that reach out across borders, i think it's so important to not lose sight of our neighbors in need. Check out more at this site.
