    • Props for producing this in such a timely manner. It was a good use of file footage and film that you shot on the scene. The interviews definitely captured how many people reacted upon hearing the sad, tragic news and reflected Ledger's reputation as an actor.
      But was it necessary to include the body bag rolled out on the gurney? I watched that happen live on CNN and immediately turned it off because with that, I think the media went overboard on their coverage. Arguably that footage is newsworthy, but can't we show some respect for the deceased and his family under those circumstances by backing off?

    • Total loss of a good actor. The body was still warm when the paramedics found him. It makes you wonder if the masseuse had some sense and called 911 first, maybe he would still be here.

    • i freaked myself out a little when i found out:
      i cried.

      seeing the stretcher go into the back of the ambulance... an emotional repsonse to the death of someone i would never know personally... i think the films he was a part of must've meant more to me than i'd realized.

    • ok, maybe i'm being insensitive here but, people die every day. why is it more sad when it's a sexy man with chiseled bone structure? i mean, did he do any good in the world? i mean real good, not just portraying a character really well that brought tears to your eyes....can someone research this, please?
