Grass roots and tree roots grow together. This film and this project represent one small part of making a difference and making a change, which will only happen if people get involved. And, it tastes good!

The Acorns of Hope truly is an amazing organization
with an equally amazing leader. And Southern
Louisiana...the people, the views, the food!
Check it out @ bobstree.comBelow is a link to the Washington Post article
that goes into detail about the how serious the
destruction of Southern Louisiana's oak cheniers
really was to the entire U.S., and the world...http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/11/15/AR2007111501359....

If the oceans rose:
Louisiana coastline after a 1m+ rise in ocean water. This is just little over 3 feet of water.
Most ocean surges from hurricanes are well over 10feet.
The red represents loss of land to rise in waters.
