BAYCAT’s mission is to inspire and educate underserved youth and adults to become more productive citizens and to improve the quality of life for themselves and their communities by providing education in arts, culture, and enterprise in an inspirational learning environment. We seek to give you the tools to speak for yourself and your community by teaching you skills that you would normally have to pay an arm and a leg for. We give these skills to you for FREE! All we ask in return is that you come to our classes and believe in our mission, respect yourself, and others, and strive to learn something that will help you improve your life and that of others.
