Mary Delgado, the season six winner of "The Bachelor", was arrested on Saturday night for public intoxication and disorderly conduct at a bar in Del Rio, Texas.Cops were called because Delgado refused to leave the bar, saying it was her "constitutional right" to stay as long as she wanted.
