I can't knit so I reckon they should do something similar to what the makers of the Muppets have done. You can create your own lookalike muppet online, using a set of pre-designed bodies and facial characteristics, and then pay for your creation to be made and delivered to your house.
I'd be up for designing my own sack boy and buying that online. I say that, actually I probably wouldn't but some other people definitely would.
