Mexican American teen Latina star Demi Lovato just bought this house for $1.88 million (see picture bleow). It's in the Toluca Lakes areas of Los Angeles, which is apparently teen-star central. Her neighbors are High School Musical babies Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale, as well as Hillary Duff. Oh, the sleepovers they'll have!
