Very Rude Tongue and Hot Nails

Now, I was just walking by and sure didn't expect to see this! Children shouldn't stick their tongues out like that. And every New York City kid knows you don't put your little tongue on just any old thing. Wish he'd just get it stuck there. Yep, I really do. Tongue in cheek.
