Being an atheist, you believe that this is the only life, and live it to the fullest. Atheists and skeptics lack proof and evidence of certain deities and spiritual beliefs. Keep in mind that this is a free world, and we have our own chosen paths, no matter what people/critics spit out from their ignorant mouths. Hence, this is partly what the video is trying to point out.
