Band Of Skulls have recently been shortlisted for XFM's New Music Award 2010. After thousands of the Great British public voted the shortlist will now be handed over to an esteemed panel to decide on the winner. This musically established panel includes Carl Barat (Dirty Pretty Things/The Libertines), Peter Hook (Joy Division/New Order), Tom Clarke (The Enemy), John Leckie (Radiohead/Stone Roses producer) and Tom Smith (Editors).
The award will be announced on the 1st of February 2010.
