To celebrate the Dalai Lama's 75th birthday photographer Don Farber and artist Shepard Fairey teamed up to create some limited edition prints to help raise money for Tibet House and LA Friends of Tibet. They go on sale today, though the time stated is 'at noon Eastern/9am Pacific' on boing boing.
"In honor of this Diamond year, and in recognition of March 10th being Tibetan Independence Day, Shepard has created a limited-edition print of His Holiness. The work is based on an image taken by renowned photographer/documentarian Don Farber, who has spent more than 30 years covering the Tibetan leader and community in exile."
