When Jackass star Ryan Dunn died in a fiery auto crash in Pennsylvania on June 19, his best friend and co-star Bam Margera was halfway across the country in Arizona. Even seperated by so many miles, however, Bam Margera says he had a premonition of Ryan Dunn's death.
