Shocking photos of a painfully thin Macaulay Culkin have sparked ugly rumors of anorexia and drug use by the former child star, now 31. Photographed by paparazzi while out on a stroll, the "Home Alone" star looks incredibly gaunt, with sunken cheeks and protruding bones in his face. Despite his disturbing appearance, however, McCaulay Culkin's rep says he is just fine.
