She won last comic standing? Maybe her act was funny there, but this bit wasn't that great. There is plenty more to mock about LA then Runyon Canyon. I think she is actually more cynical than I am though and I didn't realize that was possible.
Her style leaves a little to be desired, but she is quite attractive for a girl that actually has enough of a brain to have a sense of humor.
Nice pair of personalities you got there!
Anywho, it's funny because I do completely agree with the hate/heart LA thing. I've actually got a Hurley shirt that says: I (Hurley Logo) LA.
I thought the shirt was cool because instead of the heart, the 'H' Hurley logo is open to interpretation, and given some of the WTF!? experiences I've had since living in LA, WTF!? is the only way to describe it.
Then again most people aren't stupid enough to open their own afterhours nightclub in Hollywood just to see what it's like and impress the wrong kind of women...but I digress...
My biggest complaint about LA is the people. Southern California would be beautiful if it weren't for all the damn people.
In Hollywood and the Beverly Hills/Westside areas, a large majority of the people are so fake, shallow, and/or full of shit it will blow your mind. Where else could dressing Chihuahuas up like Barbie Dolls have originated? I rest my case.
In contrast, there are also lots of "normal" people out here, although perhaps in classic form, none of them are "from" LA, they just moved out here for one reason or another.
Maybe we should start some sort of current LA support group.

I was not born in LA and, I have to confess, I've never been within two states of the place...
And yet I encounter, on a fairly regular basis I might add, people who fly into the Midwest, throw their money around and brag about how cool "the scene" is and that if you are not from LA you are some kind of lesser form of human...
People of California, because I know that not all of you are like this, I submit to you this humble request: please round up folks like this, tag them, and release them into an environment where they can do no more harm to others...
Thank you, and have a nice day!

Was that really a rant even? Funny, I remember her AOTS back when they did MySpace Girl of the Week. She won Last Comic Standing? Congrats to her. This rant was okay, but of all the things wrong in this world, and obesity being rampant, it seems making fun of people for working out would be down on the list.

i was born and raised here..and all i can say is that a lot of people who live in hollywood are fake and were born somewhere else in the US b/c their lives were too boring there and they decided to either join a reality show or are filthy rich or are trying to be an actor. Which is why i never go there...there is culture..if you go to olvera street or to the real hoods of LA... its all a mesh of different cultures

If your making fun of the way Angelenos stay in shape why do you have fake boobs? Aren't you just as much of a tool as the rest of the augmented LA people?

I've started to realize why this place is completely brain dead, Anyone who comes here is coming here for Hollywood, not North Hollywood either, but Britney sneezed again I was at the scene Hollywood, there may be the occasional person who thinks more than that, but for the most part this is a town of "I think I know it all, but deep down I'm just another generic thoughtless person that's driven entirely by the media and people around me"
That and there's nothing to do here...

I laughed very hard when I saw this! I unfortunately live in the LA area and I am getting very tired of it! (I also grew up here!) Traffic sucks, culture is pretty much non-existant, and everyone wnats to be something they aren't! All servers in resturants seem to be in the 'industry' or they just want to be and the number one thing that irratates me about LA is the fact that our local news has basically become like a gossip channel!! Brit, Lohan and Paris are the lead stories! What the hell??!!

"looking good is half the battle" hilarious...I would have liked to see her go more places in LA, there are several hilarious modes of working out in LA that could have been explored
