Eating big chunks of meat is back in culinary vogue. Kind of the anti Morgan Spurlock, this Brooklynite manages to procure and chomp down a different kind of meat every day for a month. He
has written a book about the experience. I shudder to think what made the list. Probably makes some of Adam Yamaguchi's culinary adventures tame in comparison.
