We just need to explain the kids about the gay marriage and the holy traditional marriage of a Man and a Women. Yes! there are all this holy tradition and celebration and love and I love it!
So we have the Holy Marriage Tradition.
...and there is the gay marriage. The Not traditional unions!
...and let us just hope we have the right teachers to explain exactly what it is without prejudice or confusion.

Now, guess what?

That is not even the main social point right now in the US. The point is not only about sexuality but it is in addition all these social issues connected to our personal health and quality of live. Like pollution, Healthcare, Government fascism, corruption, abuse and abuse of power, etc.

I was really hoping for a statement towards social responsibility and the Gay Marriage has since 2003 kinda of pop-out and became bigger than everything else out there.

So people expended lots of time, energy and money supporting a cause that is ok but it doesn't help to resolve the other important social causes if one runs ahead everybody else and at the same time try to block all the other social issues like the Green cause against pollution as noise and fossil fuel pollution.

As everybody tuned on gay marriage for 5 Years many had forgot that we were being invaded by noise and fossil fuel pollution from Local Government in San Francisco. That was kinda of hard for me to take even thou I have nothing against Gay Marriage!

In my views someone had the power and money so he or she ran ahead of everybody else and forgot about all these other important issues behind for 5 Years.

The reason gays got to do it is because gays have judicial and financial power to buy its way through Congress. It is ok, but what about all the other important issues we are trying to expose and fix in the past and right now?

So since somebody ran ahead of all of us and took the Stage and the microphone. I just hope he or she also are going to be good to help us with money for our environmental and social causes like Healthcare, Education and to abate pollution in the US.

So far, I have not seen a dime yet! But I can tell you the story, The real one!

I fully appreciate the humor and cynicism of such a silly question, "should gays be allowed to marry" but on a cable television station that reaches so many young and sometimes ignorant people I wish you would have approached the issue in a more mature manner. This is a serious issue and it deserves to be treated seriously to the people it affects. I enjoy a good laugh, but I don't laugh at civil rights and I'm disappointed that you felt it is such a joke.

Personally i have no problem with gay marriage. I am a straight female and yes, i agree that it is a sin, but we cannot say which sin is worse. God will do his job punishing homosexuals just as he does with people who commit suicide,or lie or whatever, there's a verse in the bible that says- those who follow Him shall be forgiven. And if you have faith in Him, and ask for forgiveness, you will be forgiven. I guess what I'm tryin to say is who are you to judge who can and cannot get married? If you're so Christian and follow under all of the rules of the Bible quit judging. Let the man upstairs decide what he wants done, we are all equal people in God's eyes, stop picking on them because they may be different than you or me.

Sinced the conditions were met at the time of the marriage contract, the marriage remains valid. Many courts do, however, recognize gender reassignment surgery as grounds for divorce without any other extenuating circumstances.

I laughed all the way through this piece. Thank you for the satirical look at the "gay agenda." I was struck by a couple things. One was the use of the term "traditional values." I would have to ask, "Whose traditions are we talking about? When I was growing up in the 40's 50's and 60's I lived in "melting pot" neighborhoods. I witnessed the traditions of a dozen different nationalities. They did not come from the same "tradition" in many respects. So whose tradition shall we choose? Another phrase that struck me was "fabric of our society." As long as we have any group hating another group or wishing them ill will or failing to respect each other, then the "fabric" is full of holes. We will never mend the fabric of society as long as we keep picking at the frayed edges around the holes we poke by disrespecting other groups. After 61 years of living as a minority person I have learned that only by each of us accepting and respecting each other will the fabric of society become whole cloth. I know people will bring up the most bizarre exceptions like child killers and say how can you respect that person? Don't focus on the bizzarre, focus on your neighbor. Unless you live in one of those rich gated communities that discriminates, you have nieghbors who are gay or lesbian or transgender. Backbiting, talking down, or outright disrespecting them is not a family value and is only destructive to the fabric some haters like to brag about. Get over it. Make nice. The fabric will thank you for it.
