The Champ is a story about Angelo, the New York City bocce champion. We follow him as he plays in Juniper Valley Park, were the competition is hard and everbody wants to win.

    • Interesting character and good job making a game like bocce, that doesn't really seem that exciting, have energy and suspense. I do think that some background about him and the game would have been helpful, though.

    • Very nice pod, I love the concept and the split screen visual is very appealing. I unfortunately know absolutely nothing about bocce and would have felt a bit more included had one of the characters or the narrator describe a little bit about the game and how Angelo got into the sport... maybe some old photos of his NYC win? Overall I felt very drawn to the character but not enough to understand where he is coming from... well shot !

      It's just a pity that the quality here is not that great, the original divx footage was wonderfull!
