Update on topic of my previous post today with additional info. found at Just Out Blog. In my previous post today, info. from BRO had noted that IP 144 had not been withdrawn--sounds like this new initiative IP 146 is crafted to replace the poorly crafted IP 144. Don't they have anything better to do? If only this were all an "April fools" joke!
