1) Take a piece of fruit or vegetable — to be sacrificed for the cause.
2) On the skin of it, write a saying, issue, etc. that is important to you. This is totally open as to what you want to write. So if you have a lot to say, opt for the larger or longer fruits and vegetables.
3) Leave your nutritious message(s) somewhere, anywhere in the city.
4) Snap pictures of your fruit or vegetable and send them to me with where you left it and when and any other details you wish to share.
This video presents the results of the first week's plantings.

This is a kick-ass idea. You can put a million posters around and people will probably mostly ignore them. But who can ignore a strategically-placed piece of fruit with an important (or even not so important) message on it?
I'd like to get me one of those 600-pounder pumpkins, and stick it on a busy street corner with something important to say on it. Like "Hillary Clinton smells." Or "Bill Belichick is a dirty cheater." Or "Ninjas are sweet."

It is so refreshing to see meaningful messages written on natural canvases. Makes me want to not only take a bite out of the juicy pieces of produce featured, but also take a bite out life. I am inspired and will continue the trend.
