SNL Uses Palin's Exact Quote

Future_America
When Tina Fey spoofed Sarah Palin doing an interviewed with Katie Couric, she used an exacted quote the real Sarah Palin said during an interview with the real Katie Couric. Now that is really spot on.

    • Remember the open mike 'incident' where a former Reagan speechwriter and a former McCain campaign advisor both agreed that the addition of Betty Boop as VP led to one conclusion? - "It's over."

Fact is, miles ahead of their colleagues and employers - they got it right.

The larger Republican base (where the intelligent ones are) - notwithstanding certain permanent airheads who still show up here to "jam" - realized that Senator McCain had rolled the dice for a pin-up photo-op, lost his marbles, insulted their intelligence and abandoned any pretense of maintaining standards acceptable to THEM.

More strangely self-cancelling, he is now so desperate that his latest campaign tactics will alienate and turn away even more supporters.

Now, no surprise, while even Wolf Blitzer is laughing at the Tina Fey caricatures - for their accuracy - all Senator McCain's remaining blowhards have left is - it's all the librul media's fault!

      God Bless Tina Fey!

    • One could barely make that up. Much better to use her real quotes and mannerisms. All about job creation, indeed!

    • The SNL parody is funny for the same reason it's terrifying. This could be our VP. Next in line to lead our country should McCain kick the bucket. And she has absolutely NO idea what she's doing or talking about.

    • when John and I get to Washington, we're gonna change things. Yes we are. Yep. Change. That's what we're going to do.
I can't wait. It's gonna be great. John , he was locked in a cage for six years. So you know he's ready to be President. And God Forbid, something should happen to John. I'm ready to step-in. Now that I have a passport. No problem. Yeah. I've raised five kids. Thought-up some really cool names. So you know we're in touch. It's really going to be cool.

    • Hmm. . . SNL. . . Isn't that past Wolfys bed time.

Man mo1y, you crack me up. Approval ratings better than tv ratings.

      That's pretty funny though.

"The bailout plan helps those concerned with health care reform. . ." Sure, if you were concerned about there being some kind of universal or even subsidized health care (oh-em-gee! socialism), then there's no more money for any kind of social programs, since it all went to the banks.

    • Keep beating up on Sarah. We love her and hate the Obamamedia.

By the way, what are CNN's ratings, or even SLN's, these people act like somebody is listening to them.

Actually they are jealious because Sarah has a better approval rating, then their ratings.

    • mo1y:

Mo1y this is simply not good enough. If you want to fight against what you perceive to be bias against Governor Palin then by all means tell us why all these "Palin haters" should think otherwise. What are your reasons? Why should I vote for McCain/Palin? What is she saying that should make us change our minds? How will she make a good Vice-President or possibly President within the next 4 years?

Come on, tell us? 80% of the world wants Obama to win but why do you support Palin? Or are you too scared to show that you have not thought it through?

      ddddeeeennnniiiiaaaallllllll

Seriously. You have a bad case of it. You and that Nobamajon guy. You two are so hellbent on defending her that you are blind to what is goin on around you. Its horrible.

She is SCREWING UP. Why can't you just admit it.

AND NO NOT every republican loves her. Reporters on Fox News have been calling for her to step down, men tied to the Republican party have asked her to step down, and I know plenty of people that would vote republican except they are SO ASHAMED of her that they are looking into independent votes or even voting for Obama/Biden.

WAKE UP and SMMMEEELLLL the roses boys. You are behind in the polls. Obama now has what... a 7% lead??
Dem's picked up CO, FL, IA, NV, NM, OH and VA...

and you are still gonna sit here and tell us that there are so many out there that adore her????

    • mo1y:

Wait, wasn't it just yesterday that Big Bad SNL was at fault for Palin having a tough time according to mo1y... but now they aer insifnigicant because their "ratings" aren't as "good" as Palins "approval ratings"

which is why the democrats have just picked up what, seven red states in the past week or two?

      hmmmmm

    • This speaks volumes about unqualified individuals currently serving in the US government. Forget the elections, Palin's interviews should be an alarm to all Americans regarding who they elect as their representatives. Forget Republican-Democrat wars, Why the hell are people like Palin in charge of key positions in America? The rest of the world is laughing at us people, WAKE UP!
