Senate confirm Clinton is not President

Image

Clinton was rumoured to be holding out for some kind of technicality or undiscovered rule that would have allowed the Senate to elect her as President during her State vote. She had apparently imprisoned Senator Jim DeMint in a cupboard at knifepoint until he agreed to table a motion that would have put her in the Oval Office.

    • I'm not sure humourous stuff should be coming up in "news". I mean put the real news in "news" and the funny stuff in "humour" - otherwise it's difficult to see what the real news is...

We hope that people with intelligence will be able to tell the difference, it is labelled as comedy, satire, humour, etc and is also labelled as news because it is a comment on the news.

I see what you mean but I just think when I log on to quickly read the news headlines it's totally distracting. I'm deciding which stories to read in full and there are some there so incredible that were they true I would definitely want to read them. I think that you're trying to promote your own website to the point where you're annoying others and spoiling the purpose of an open-forum news site.

I see your point, but Current does have a comedy section, and all most people do is post news from CNN, BBC, CBS, Fox etc etc. I am trying to promote my site, but at least I wrote the material.

I always try to make my headlines obviously satire - the Senate wouldn't vote to say Clinton didn't win the election, nor would Obama be banned from having a DS, it's a joke about the Blackberry story.

      Anyway, keep reading.
