The biggest issue with the video is the lack of sheer mass of individuals participating, but overall filmed well, more could be put on the medical background/influence of it.

On a side note from all my experience 'skipping' from my lifestyle choices anyone who skips like the people in the video are just wasting energy. Try skipping around like you would in a sparring match in a martial arts fight where your heel never touches the ground and you alternate directions and positions instantly and fluidly without moving like some SUV down the sidewalk but rather be able to turn around like you have 4 wheel sterring. Much more fluid, much more free form, easier on the body, more stable once you build up the ballance/cordination. I could do one stride for every two they do just at a casual pace nearly at a fast jogging pace. I tend to do it when I don't want to walk and don't feel like running anyways because the natural shift in 'gears' once you hit a certain speed you naturally run.

Just received a memo at work from my boss. Was informed that when we are at work, we are required to skip....allows more work to be done in a shorter period of time. She mentioned something about watching a short informational video on current about skipping. I assume this is the one she is referring to. Thanks a lot...
