Roseanne Barr is looking to return to primetime, more than a decade after her eponymous sitcom ended its nine-year run.
In the new project, a family comedy that has been pitched to Fox, she would play the matriarch. Barr will reunite with one of her "Roseanne" producers, Caryn Mandabach. Jim Vallely ("Arrested Development") is attached to write the script.
