I loved it when he interviewed Superbad's Michael Cera. Though it's just as staged as the Natalie Portman one, it seems more real.

Galifianakis is a comical genious. He has a whole different way of approaching and saying his jokes that comedians nowadays can't hardly think of doing. His comedy is more versatile than other comedians because he does what you want other comedians to say at the perfect time, not just in a vulgar way but in a totally original way that reflects so much more emotion and character that we see through people in our day to day world. he's just so good at pointing out the little things that get the big laughs. We need more comedians like Galifianakis.
