Though the job itself is obviously very tough and those brave people who do it should be thoroughly commended, a fireman's job spec is essentially very simple. Put out fires, don't start them.
Unfortunately for the idiot in this video, he's got himself completely confused and appears to think the best way to deal with a rearing flame is to hurl it at men in suits and then run around in a blind panic, lobbing fire at more innocent bystanders for good measure.
