A Tennessee man says notoriety about his intoxicated stroll with 40 pairs of women's panties makes him "look like a pervert."
Johnson was arrested Saturday as he walked along a highway with a pair of women's panties hanging from his unzipped fly. He said it was a prank concocted during a pool party.
