    • Although not shot in the most sophisticated manner, this is a nice little art piece. It's funny and makes you think.

      In any VCAM campaign on Current, the sponsor — Microsoft in this case — has full authority to make the selections they want. Current makes recommendations, but ultimately it’s their choice.

      In this case, we recognize that there was a wide variety of production levels among the selections, but we see this as an expression of the diversity of experience our VCAM community brings, and the willingness of this sponsor to choose videos they liked, regardless of the level of polish.

      Also, every sponsor is different. Each campaign has a different ‘selection committee.’ On the next campaign, your unique style of storytelling, humor, and filmmaking may be exactly what the sponsor is looking for. We hope you continue making the best VCAMs that you can.

    • Interesting concept, but I have to say, I'm shocked this won. I can think of 10 films that deserved to win more than this:
      "The Zone"
      "Memories"
      "The Baron"
      "Paranoia Park"
      "Cloudy Day"
      "More than this"
      "Run, Greg, Run"
      "Defective"
      "Trash Monster"
      "Storyboarding"

      I appreciate the idea, but there is no imagination in the piece. Good, but not nearly good enough to win this contest, in my opinion.

    • I liked this! Great concept. I only wish there were a few more kinds of "behinds," like other animals and other objects. Great work though!
