With speculation mounting over the inclusion of Slaughterhouse [click to read] during Eminem’s verse in the video for “Forever” [click to read], it was rumored that the newly formed group would soon be joining Em’s label [click to read]. However, fellow Detroit emcee Royce Da 5’9’’ says the appearance was a respectful gesture rather than a foreshadowing of something brewing behind closed doors.

“There's gonna be rumors when somebody see something like that but it just is what it is. We just all family,” Royce told Vibe.com.

Clarifying the situation, he continued, “As everybody knows, Em is a good friend of mine. We've been good friends for years. I just had my Slaughterhouse brothers in town and [Eminem's manager] Paul [Rosenberg] asked me to come down and be in the video and they just happened to be in town with me so I just brought 'em with me.”

In other news, DX recently reported that Brooklyn rapper Jay-Z would be touring this fall [click to read]. Likewise, Wale [click to read] had said he and Lupe Fiasco would be joining Jigga on the road [click to read]; it turns out one of those artists inclusions was true.

According to Live Nation, Wale, N.E.R.D., and Roc Nation signee J.Cole [click to read] will follow Hov around the United States and Canada for his much anticipated tour. Twenty-three scheduled dates are confirmed thus far, while more are expected to be added.
