My very first camcorder (Flip Ultra), my very first video blog.. I shot and edited this for Food Network's website and Julia Simon's "Simon Says" page a couple years ago and this is essentially the video that made me realize I had some sort of budding passion for the art of shooting and editing video. I tried to really capture the essence of what it's like to be living out of a van for weeks on end and trying to keep your soul intact as a cook/chef/foodie on the road of a thousand culinary perils..

Please, forgive the shaky camera, the crude edits, and the overall amateur feel of this video. I was a mere film baby..
