Could New York City Mayoral Debate Have Violated Voter's Rights?

On Wed. Oct.14th, 2009 The first Mayoral debate was held at El Museo Del Barrio, where many rallied outside for not only those they supported, but also those candidates that have been excluded from the debate.
The people deserve to hear the views of all candidates, in order to make a conscious decision in the democratic process of elections, this on this night has not been the case.
