I wonder how well these groups can understand each other. Like, I know the southern Slav languages are similar enough to allow for some understanding. And I'm gonna give a shout out to the Serbo-Croatian speakers in the Balkans! zdravo kako ste???

Go Lithuania! One of the last Baltic languages!
Tegul meilė Lietuvos. Dega mūsų širdyse.
I used to be more fluent in the language (my Grandfather was Lithuanian) but hardly anyone speaks it so I dont get any practice :(

In fact, the Celtic languages used to totally cover the British Isles and a rather large part of Europe.
