If geneticists or God would create the perfect genitalia we wouldn't need the surgery. God isn't going to do it, so I encourage genetic research. Imagine how a child will already know she will have that perfect something when coming of age from the moment of first comprehension. Imagine how many doctor visits, pills, lotions, acne creams, and counseling sessions that would no longer be needed.

Im thinking recognizable festive shapes n such would be fun; think "Lucy Charms". "Nothing says "I care" like a pubic clover! (sculls n crucifixes I suppose for the goth gurls) I do imagine that some shapes would make for a rather chaotic piss stream experience. I think led "landing-light" implants might be helpful: the skies the limit!
