The ten commandments were for the Jews only, not the Gentiles. Leviticus laws were for the tribe of Levi. Stop using the "I hate sin but not the sinner" cop out.

If you loved people and didn't judge them, then you wouldn't even notice their sins.

It seems to me that you clearly think that your role as a Christian is to pronounce judgments about sin, in this case, homosexuals.

Why is that your job?

It says in the bible that man is not to lay with men. Every sin is not listed in the 10 comandmenst but they are listed in the bible. If any of you would try reading it instead of bashing it you would know that.

Because adulterers don't hold "adulterer pride parades" or try to challenge the idea that adultery is a sin (at least the majority of them don't).
Don't get me wrong... I'm gay, don't think it's a sin, but you at least should see where most of these people are coming from. It's not fair to lump all of it into the "hatred" category.

Is it your place to judge the SINS of others? As a Christian you are expected to live your life according to the example Jesus Christ set, not to stand in judgment of those who don't agree with your interpretation of what that means.

Not only does that quote not apply here, but it's complete bullshit to begin with. An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind, if and only if the entire human race exhibits criminal deviance. You don't lose an eye if you don't commit crimes against other human beings.

@Ares, What Ghandi said is not BS, because everyone misses the mark and that is what sin is defined as; missing the mark. The unconscionable thing is that Judeo/Christian/Islam believes in punishing missing the mark with all sorts of terrible, cruel, and inhumane punishments; even death.

An Eye for an Eye or a Tooth for a Tooth is saying the same things as "you reap what you sew."

The idea behind the statement is that if people are going to go around judging everyone for their mistakes, then the whole world is going to be blind to their own faults.

Not only that jubal, but I interpret that as going back to two wrongs don't make a right. Ghandi's quote isnt literal at all. Its about doing something in retaliation which doesn't make you any better than the person that started it, no matter how petty. This is funny but that doesnt mean its a good response.
