Oh my goodness! Looking at this scene, I thought it can't be Batman way high up there....so it must be poor little Mary Poppins. Now she's a really interesting item to get all caught up on that concertina razor wire. And just where is that Mary Poppins now? All I can say is the photographer who captured this picture has a great eye, managing to make a few things out of that flat white sky, and with the subtle reflection of the neon signs. Great composition and delicate use of color. Elle est superbe!
